EAVEX ("EAVEX," "we," "us," or "our"), a DBA of Dimov LLC, operates the website eavex.us (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote or estimate form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, property address, email if given, and any description of the work you need. We use this only to respond to your request and provide our services.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect standard technical data through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, referring source, and how you interact with the Site. This data is used in aggregate to understand traffic, measure ads, and improve the Site. You can turn advertising cookies off (see Cookies and your choices below).
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Cookies and your choices
We serve homeowners in the United States (Minnesota and the Twin Cities). We use an opt-out model: analytics and advertising cookies load when you visit, unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Cookies we set, and who receives data:
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). Analytics cookies measure how the Site is used. Google Ads cookies (including
_gcl_aw/_gcl_auwhen ads are allowed) attribute clicks and conversions. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. - Meta (Facebook / Instagram Pixel and Conversions API). Measures ads and may associate Site activity with a Meta account. Meta's policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Nextdoor (Nextdoor Ads pixel). Measures visits and conversions for Nextdoor ads. Nextdoor's policy: https://nextdoor.com/privacy_policy/.
How to opt out. Use in the Site footer. That opens a dialog (it does not block the page). Turning advertising cookies off stores your choice on this device and sets Google advertising signals to denied. We then do not load the Meta Pixel or the Nextdoor pixel. Analytics cookies stay on. You can also enable Global Privacy Control in your browser; we treat GPC the same as an advertising opt-out. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and where traffic comes from. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We still send Consent Mode signals so Google can honor an advertising opt-out or GPC.
User identifiers. When you submit a quote form and provide an email address, and advertising cookies are on, we may send Google Analytics a pseudonymous User-ID. That identifier is created by applying a one-way SHA-256 hash to your normalized email address. It cannot be reversed to recover your email. We do not send your name, phone number, or raw email as a User-ID. If you leave the email field blank, no User-ID is sent. Changing your choice. Open and turn advertising cookies off. The choice is stored in localStorage for eavex.us. After you opt out, we do not load Meta or Nextdoor on later visits, and we do not send a hashed User-ID on new quote submissions until you turn advertising cookies back on.
Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tags, the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and the Nextdoor pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads. These tools may associate your activity on the Site (such as viewing a page or submitting a form) with an advertising profile. If you opt out of advertising cookies, or if your browser sends GPC, those advertising pixels are not loaded. Google Ads may still receive modeled conversion signals under Consent Mode.
You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance: https://optout.aboutads.info.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to quote requests and communicate with you about our services;
- schedule estimates and complete work you request;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business (for example, analytics and advertising platforms named above, and tools we use to receive and manage form submissions), who may only use it to provide services to us;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Data retention
We keep quote and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for records, warranty, and legal purposes. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of Google, Meta, and Nextdoor.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. Advertising cookies can be turned off with . If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as an advertising opt-out. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles or Google. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
