These terms govern your use of eavex.us and the services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking work with EAVEX, you agree to the terms below.
Quotes & estimates
On-site inspections and written quotes are free. Quotes are based on the conditions observed at the time of measurement and are valid for 30 days. Hidden damage discovered during work (for example, rotten fascia or roof deck) may require a revised, approved quote before we continue.
Scheduling
We aim to schedule on-site visits within 24-48 hours and most gutter installations take a single day once materials are on site. Weather, material availability and permit timelines in Minnesota can affect scheduling; we will keep you informed of any changes.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due on completion of the work.
Workmanship warranty
EAVEX installations are backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty on file. If our installation fails due to workmanship, we will return and correct it. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from storms, impact, neglect, or alterations made by others.
